April 10-13, 2008 - Renaissance Presents "Seussical" - Join us for a musical story for children of all ages based on the works of Dr. Seuss. Come see your favorite Seuss characters including the Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, and many others including special appearances by the Grinch and Yertl the Turtle. April 10, 17 @ 7 p.m. - April 11, 18 @ 7 p.m. - April 12, 19 @ 7 p.m. - April 13, 20 @ 2 p.m. - Bethel Performing Arts Center.

Seussical brings to life all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including the Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie and all of the Whos of Whoville in a wild ride through your imagination! Horton, the big-hearted elephant, hears the Whos on their tiny speak of dust and tries desperately to save them from destruction. He runs into a host of Seuss characters who try to stop him on his journey. Along the way he meets Mayzie the bird who convinces him to sit on "her egg, in a nest, in a tree." Horton's story parallels the young "who" Jojo, who faces a journey of his own to help save his tiny planet.
