Join Us for a Night of Culinary Delight and Celebration at the Paris-Henry County Arts Council's Farm-to-Table Event!
Paris, TN —-– Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening at the Paris-Henry County Arts Council's Farm-to-Table Presented by Shamrock Dirt and Forestry. Happening on June 13th, 2024, at the beautiful Sandy Creek Farms, this year’s event promises an elevated dining experience while celebrating our scholarship recipients and their remarkable accomplishments.
The carefully curated menu will feature seafood with fresh cabbage as an appetizer, followed by a salad composed of fig, walnut, candied bacon, goat cheese, warm bacon vinaigrette, frisée & micro greens, and arugula. The entrée will spotlight table-side carved crown of pork, garnished with apples, tomatoes, and onions, served with sides of new potatoes in gold and purple varieties, locally-made rolls with honey butter or rosemary/sage butter, caramelized bacon brussels sprouts, and colorful cauliflower. Dessert will be a delectable crème brûlée topped with fresh local fruits.
***If any attendees have food allergies, we will reach out prior to the event to try our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that we cannot guarantee all allergy accommodations will be locally sourced.
“We’re thrilled to offer a menu of excellence that highlights the best local ingredients and provides a magnificent culinary experience,” said Caleb Grissom, Executive Director of the Paris-Henry County Arts Council. “This event is all about celebrating locally-sourced food and great company while supporting the arts and honoring our scholarship recipients.” Our menu proudly features ingredients from local suppliers such as Future Visions Farms, North American Caviar, and Bell Family Farms.
Throughout the year, the Paris-Henry County Arts Council hosts a variety of events to enrich our community and promote the arts. These include the Artist and Photography Showcases, the annual Arts ‘Round the Square held on the last Saturday in September in downtown Paris, and an enriching art-focused field trip for every fifth grader in Henry County. Each event is designed to engage, inspire, and bring together people of all ages, fostering a vibrant arts scene in our area.
Tickets for the third annual Farm-to-Table Fundraiser are available for individuals, couples, and businesses interested in table sponsorship. Tickets are on sale now, and with limited availability, they are expected to sell out quickly. Your participation helps fund the Council's annual programming, student scholarships, and supports the mission of the Paris-Henry County Arts Council, ensuring the arts continue to thrive in rural West TN.
