For nearly four decades, the Artist Showcase has provided a platform for both professional and emerging artists to exhibit their work and connect with fellow creatives and art enthusiasts. More than 100 artists are expected to participate this year, making it one of the largest showcases to date.

Artists from Paris, Henry County, and surrounding areas are invited to submit their work in a variety of mediums, offering visitors an engaging and diverse collection of artwork. Categories include:

  • Ceramics – Clay and porcelain sculptures

  • Drawing – Pencil, ink, charcoal, pastels, and other materials

  • Fiber Art – Leather, embroidery, weaving, and textiles

  • Mixed Media – Works incorporating multiple materials

  • Digital Art (New Media) – Digital paintings, 3D-printed sculptures, and vector art

  • Painting – Oils, acrylics, watercolors, and more

  • Sculpture – Three-dimensional works in wood, stone, metal, or other materials

  • Glass Art – Works crafted primarily from glass

This year’s sign-up deadline for artists is March 31, 2025, and artists may submit up to three pieces. A $15 entry fee per piece applies to adult artists, while students may enter for free. All submitted artwork must be new to the showcase and completed within the last two years to ensure a fresh and exciting exhibit.

The Artist Showcase isn’t just about displaying artβ€”it’s about celebrating creativity, fostering community connections, and inspiring future generations of artists. Visitors will have the chance to see incredible local talent up close, appreciate the stories behind each piece, and even purchase select works directly from the artists.

The event kicks off with the Artist Showcase Award Ceremony on Sunday, April 6, at 2:00 PM, where top submissions will be recognized. Whether you’re an artist looking to share your work or simply an admirer of the arts, this event is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a world of color, texture, and creativity.
